Matt Dante
As the Vice President, Matt oversees our IT transformation. He recently led a successful transformation of the company’s warehouse systems, resulting in better inventory flow and control.
In his nearly 25 years with Dante Valve, Matt has grown his career on the company’s operational side. While studying operational management at Cal State-Long Beach, Matt also worked as a warehouse clerk at Dante. Eventually, he took on more leadership roles as a production manager and then operations manager, while becoming Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
