As a factory-authorized loose assembler for leading valve manufacturers, we have an extensive collection of spare parts, including parts from obsolete and hard-to-find valves. Because of this, we may have the ability to quickly source products and parts to replace or repair your valve without requiring an extensive system redesign or overhaul.

In addition to naval and commercial valves, we also offer premier fittings and flanges in a wide variety of sizes, pressure classes and connection types. We can also machine or manufacture forged flanges in a variety of materials and sizes to meet your application’s requirements.

Dante Valve is committed to saving you time and keeping your operation on schedule. Because we maintain a large inventory of Kunkle valves and parts, we can often ship the exact valve you need on the same day your order is placed, helping you avoid delays and keep projects moving forward.

In accordance with Proposition 65, known officially as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, we are required by California law to state that Danco pressure relief valve products can expose you to chemicals including chromium, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Company FAQ

Dante Valve was founded by Thomas C. Dante in the 1960s. At first, the company, consisting of Thomas and his sons Mike and Chuck, operated out of the garage of their California home, assembling and distributing pressure relief valves, regulators, fittings, and flanges. At the time, manufacturers were slow to quote and deliver orders, so the second generation of Dantes entered the manufacturing business in 1983. Their goal was to provide high-quality valve products at competitive prices with significantly shorter lead times than the industry standard.

Today, Dante Valve is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and assembler of military and commercial valves and continues to be run by the Dante family. Our family values keep our company focused on meeting the high standards we have set over the generations for fast, excellent service and support for mission-critical projects.

Established in 1983, Danco Valve was the sister company of Dante Valve, dedicated solely to manufacturing military-grade pressure relief valves for US Navy customers. Danco Valve has since merged with Dante Valve, effective July 31, 2011.  The merger established Dante Valve as both a distributor and a manufacturer of valves and related products. The two companies were combined to take advantage of operational efficiencies, which we, in turn, pass on to our customers as well.

Dante Valve was originally headquartered in California, but we have since expanded our operations to serve both the East and West Coasts. Today, Dante Valve has three locations: Bellflower, California, Long Beach, California, and Norfolk, Virginia. Our Long Beach location includes our executive and administrative offices. Our Bellflower and Norfolk locations include our manufacturing, machining, assembly, testing, repair, and certification facilities for the West Coast and the East Coast, respectively.

We collaborate with the US Navy and industry organizations to build a pipeline of talent ready to meet the current and future demands of the US shipbuilding industry. This includes our initiatives to work with local technical colleges and community college programs to hire and train the next generation of apprentices on state-of-the-art machining equipment.
