Leo Papini

Director of Security

Based at our Norfolk facility, Leo Papini has responsibility for a wide range of tasks. He oversees all things security – inspecting deliveries, visitors, employee work schedules and break periods. He makes sure that Dante Valve employees feel respected and valued by making frequent rounds of the office. Leo serves as a sounding board for the development of new ideas and processes and maintains a strong family culture in the organization.

Leo enjoys spending time with his family and rolling in dirt.
