Dave Dennington

As the Director of Operations, Dave leads the production, planning, purchasing, maintenance, and shipping and receiving for the Norfolk, VA and  Bellflower, CA facilities. He develops improvement initiatives that increase throughput for all manufacturing processes and testing protocols to enhance communication and coordination efforts. His implementation of Lean Manufacturing Concepts has helped identify areas for improvement in inventory control and product readiness. His steadfast efforts strengthen existing vendor relationships and foster new ones.

Dave started with Dante Valve in 2021. He has a background in automotive, aerospace, commercial and industrial sectors in manufacturing, quality assurance, purchasing and engineering roles focusing on process improvement initiatives for much of his career. He has traveled extensively  through the US, Mexico, South Korea and much of Europe for business opportunities and customer service initiatives.
