Steve Shiffman
As President of Dante Valve, Steve oversees and manages all aspects of the company’s operations.
Born in New York and raised in Connecticut, Steve obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He got his start as a design and project equipment engineer for notable companies in the aerospace and defense industry. He transitioned into operations management roles where he acted as a key contributor to the creation of the Meggitt (Lean) Production System. Throughout his career, his leadership in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma and expertise in operations management have proven instrumental in driving company-wide improvements and cultural transformations. Prior to joining Dante Valve, Steve served as the General Manager at Chromalloy, where he was responsible for spearheading team building, quality improvements, and sales growth across its New York and Georgia locations.
With his rich background in engineering and operations management, commercial acumen, a wealth of experience in engineering and customer relations within the defense sector, and a strong personal commitment to operational and cultural excellence and strategic growth, Steve is ready to drive Dante Valve forward into its next chapter of success.
