Joe Bria

Joe oversees all day-to-day engineering operations. He implements industry best practices, process improvements, and new efficiencies that help generate more robust products, faster turnarounds, and a superior customer experience.

With the newly expanded in-house manufacturing capabilities at the Norfolk facility, Joe plans to bolster existing valve lines for military and commercial applications and develop new solutions for adjacent industries.

With a degree in mechanical engineering, Joe has over 25 years of engineering leadership in hydraulics and pneumatics for the recreational outdoor, dental, and medical industries. He believes in being hands-on in his engineering work, encouraging his engineers to get out on the floor and watch their concepts get tested, validated, and put into action – then learn from it.
