Sasha Chandler
Sasha joined Dante Valve in 2018 as Human Resources Manager and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2022. A marine corps veteran, Sasha believes that the military and HR worlds share a primary objective – a mission to take people from diverse backgrounds and unite them to achieve shared goals.
Sasha takes pride in Dante Valve’s commitment to fostering a company culture that values its employees and rewards their contributions. His focus on developing the bench strength of the Dante Valve team through ongoing training and enrichment opportunities has increased overall efficiency, effectiveness and team satisfaction
Before working at Dante Valve, Sasha served in a combat support role for the U.S. Marine Corps for 15 years and completed tours of duty throughout the Middle East and Asia. He also worked as a military recruiter for the Department of Veteran Affairs, where he helped veterans transition from military life into educational opportunities. Before that, Sasha led HR initiatives for a small healthcare provider and was also part of the on-site security team at Google’s headquarters.
Sasha holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice/ Pre-Law, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership.
