Dan Merriman

As the Director of IT, Dan oversees all IT operations and leads the company in three key initiatives: new ERP implementation, compliance,  and infrastructure redesign. Recently, Dan successfully deployed new infrastructure for Dante Valve which established a robust, highly-available hybrid platform. He leverages virtual and Cloud technologies and ensures they’re aligned with Dante Valve’s  strategy. Dan oversees Dante Valve’s compliance with CMMC 2.0, ITAR, NIST and PCI requirements, as well as ERP implementation.

Dan has over 16 years of experience in IT. His extensive background includes experience in the managed services space, including  many years performing digital transformations and large-scale infrastructure projects, as well as leading teams through  organizational changes. He believes in communication, continuous improvement and empowering the Dante Valve staff to execute  at the highest levels.
