Jesse has a unique skill set that is the result of nearly forty years of experience at Dante Valve. As our Director of Quality Assurance, he oversees and implements the quality function company-wide.
Jesse began his career with a three-year stint in the Army where he served as a combat engineer. After studying electronics in college, he worked as a machinist apprentice at a U.S. Navy shipyard and became certified as a Class A machinist. In 1985, Jesse joined the production shop at Dante Valve and was quickly promoted to Shop Manager, overseeing manufacturing and valve setting and testing departments. He has also served as a Drafting Engineer, where through various training opportunities, he honed his expertise in 3D modeling and AutoCAD design. Jesse has also served as Dante’s Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager.
Jesse designed the company’s popular vacuum valves and dozens of other products and systems and helped open Norfolk’s East Coast testing facility. He has made a comprehensive impact on the quality of the Dante Valve product portfolio.
